Ft. Screven area, just a few blocks to Tybee's north beaches, this
quaint cottage was originally built in the 1930's and completely
restored in 2004 under the keen instruction of renowned
preservationist Jane Coslick.
The bright and beachy interior welcomes you in
distinct style, and the private pool and classic southern garden
promise to absolutely spoil you. Two parlors and
a separate office area give you the choice of festive group
gatherings, quiet spaces for private reflection or – ugh! – work.
The small kitchen is a cook's delight, with all-new

stainless steel
appliances, gleaming hand-glazed tile surfaces and top-notch
equipment to prepare a feast – or a fiesta. A barbeque grill helps
you take the kitchen party outdoors which is where you'll really
want to be.
